For once we let ourselves be guided by a guide "paper" (Fuoricasello) and reserve at Trattoria Tre Colli , intrigued by what they write the Longo brothers.
The reception is the best: a really friendly atmosphere. A reprimand for "bathroom" ... (The Turkish ??!!?) for the ladies and the fact that the guide pointed out the presence of "high chairs for babies ..... but do not exist.
But let's move on. The food is excellent. We eat the excellent European Bison (11 € hectogram), a tender and delicate papers. There are also excellent with bigoli pastissada de caval. Very good size and good boundaries.
The guide shows how to price (for information) about 20 € ..... if you take the meat cut certainly breached the 30/35 euro each.
However, our review is extremely positive.
