We are in Modena, the birthplace of the fried dumplings and tigella, home of the ham and balsamic vinegar.
Finding this restaurant is not the easiest thing to exist, although Gherbella route is the road linking North and Modena Modena Sud The restaurant is not luxurious, but well furnished. We order the fried dumplings with pork products (spectacular) and "close" with butter and sage tortellacci ... delicious!
Really good!
